Ed Raudabaugh
Ed Raudabaugh, 85, of Saint Marys, died August 13, 2020, at his residence.
He was born November 3, 1934, in Saint Marys, the son of George and Josephine (Smith) Raudabaugh. He married Jeanette Wendel on June 9,1956, and she preceded him in death on May 31, 2017.
He is survived by his children: Chris (Cheryl) Raudabaugh of Delaware, Ohio; Bill (Jill) Raudabaugh of Dublin, Ohio; Lori (Paul) Havlovitz of Dublin. He is survived by his daughter-in-law, Mary Beth Raudabaugh of Columbus.
He is survived by his two grandchildren: Sam Raudabaugh and Sally Yi; by his step-grandchildren: Lauren Shaefer; Amanda Martin; Kyle Havlovitz; Justin Havloviz; Tate Havlovitz.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife; a brother, Joe Raudabaugh.
Ed was a 1952 graduate of Saint Marys Memorial High School, and a graduate of the University of Akron. He served as Tax Commissioner for the City Of Saint Marys for many years.
Ed was active in the community. He was a member of the Saint Marys Rotary Club, Idlewild, and the Mercer County Sportsmens' Club. He was a member of the Mad River Mountain Ski patrol for 45 years,and a member of the National Ski Patrol Team. He also enjoyed boating and traveling.
Private family services will be held at Gethsemane Cemetery in Saint Marys.
