* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...The following county, in west central Ohio, Mercer. * WHEN...Until 400 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1253 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Tama and Neptune.

Bonnie Myers
Bonnie Lou Myers, 87, of Celina and formerly of Spencerville, passed away peacefully at 9 AM Sunday, August 16, 2020 at the Celina Manor, where she had resided since March.
She was born July 13, 1933 in Salem Twp., Auglaize County, a daughter of the late Donald A. and Ruth M. Bowersock Baker. She was a homemaker and loved old movies and doing color artwork.
Surviving are her six children, Deborah A. (Daniel) Grace and Paulette E. "Paula" Hoenie, both of Celina, Walter R. Myers and Todd A. Myers, both of St. Marys, Holly R. (Clinton) Bell of Mendon and Nick R. Myers of Findlay; nine grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and two siblings, Donald A. (Peggy) Baker of Spencerville and Stanley L. (Helen) Baker of Mercer.
She was preceded in death by her sister Evelyn F. (Don) Williams.
Graveside services will be at 11 AM Tuesday in the New Salem Cemetery, State Route 116, South of Monticello in Auglaize County with Pastor Matt Overman officiating.
