* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through this evening.

Robert Parr
Robert Parr, 56, of Mendon, died 9:41 P.M. August 31, 2020, at OSU Medical Center, Columbus.
He was born March 26, 1964, in Chicago, Illinois, the son of Earl and Betty (Baucher) Parr.
He is survived by his father, Earl Parr of Rockford; by his siblings: Roger (Faith) Parr of Mendon; Carl (Dawn) Parr of Saint Marys; Bruce (Christa) Parr of Mendon. He is survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Betty Parr.
Bob was a 1983 graduate of Saint Marys Memorial High School. He was employed at CAPT in Celina, and he enjoyed riding his motorcycle, playing golf, and bowling. He had served in the US Army.
Funeral rites will be held 2:00 P.M. Friday, September 4, 2020, at the Miller Funeral Home, 1605 Celina Road, Saint Marys, Pastor Tim Benjamin, officiant. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery, Saint Marys.
Friends may call from 5-7 P.M. Thursday at the funeral home, where masks and social distancing are required by mandate.
