* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 6 and 9 inches.
* WHERE...Auglaize, Hardin, and Mercer Counties.
* WHEN...From 10 AM Saturday to noon EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning commute.

This wooded area north of Celina will be regraded with funds from a federal Great Lakes Restoration Initiative Grant to improve drainage and habitat by creating a ditch and wetland. In the background is the Bruns subdivision. The new drainage system will follow the former railroad bed.
