* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Sunday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional rounds of showers and thunderstorms are expected today and tonight. Heavy rainfall is possible, especially tonight, which may result in flash flooding.

Terry Teeters
Terry Teeters, age 68, of Celina, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, September 20, 2020 at the Celina Manor with his family by his side, after a battle with cancer.
He was born January 2, 1952 in Celina, Ohio to the late Charlie and Madella (Ashman) Teeters. He married Dorothy (Booth) Teeters in April of 1990 and she survives at the residence in Celina.
Other survivors include his children, Mike Teeters, Celina and Jamie (Dale) Secrest, Celina; a brother, Doug (Beth) Teeters, Wabash, Ohio; six grandchildren, Samantha, Chelsea, Courtney, Michael, Dale and Gabrielle; and five great grandchildren, Dax, Liam, Lexi, Bentley and Lorenzo.
Terry, aka "Swamp", retired from FCC in Portland, Indiana after 20 years of service. He enjoyed watching the Raiders, making chili during Halloween, taking care of his cats and spending time with his family and friends.
Attendees are asked to follow social distancing and guidelines dictated by the Ohio Department of Health, due to the National Health Concerns of COVID-19. Masks are required by Attendees at the visitation and funeral.
Funeral services will begin at 6:00 pm on Thursday, September 24, 2020 at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina with Rev. Matt Overman officiating; where the family will receive friends from 3:00 pm-6:00 pm prior to the service. Private graveside services will be held on Friday morning at Swamp College Cemetery in Celina.
Memorial contributions may be made to State of the Heart Hospice, Coldwater, Ohio.
