Kathleen Wolfe
Kathleen (Kathy) Wolfe, age 73, of Celina, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, October 7, 2020 at her residence in Celina.
She was born on September 16, 1947 in Celina, Ohio to the late Paul and Rosella (Roessner) Braun. On June 19, 1965 she married David Wolfe, who passed in 1998.
She is survived by her children Timothy (Dana) Wolfe of Anthony, FL, Michael Wolfe of Celina, two grandchildren Randi Wolfe, Thomas Wolfe, several nieces and nephews, two brothers and sister-in-law Robert (Mary) Braun of Coldwater, Marc Braun of Union City, two sisters and brother-in-law Barbara (Mike) Byerley of Middleburg, FL, and Janeen Braun of Celina.
She is proceeded in death by her parents, husband and son Thomas Wolfe.
She graduated from Immaculate Conception Catholic High School in Celina with the class of 1965. She was formerly employed at the University of Florida Health Shands in Gainesville, FL. She was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Celina.
Kathy was a devoted mother to her children and caretaker to her small farm and beloved animals. Her favorite season was fall when the leaves turn. She was an avid baker who shared with all specializing in buckeyes and other seasonal delicacies.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, October 13, 2020 at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Celina, with Fr. Kenneth Schnipke C.PP.S. officiating. Burial will follow in the Mercer Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Friends & Family will gather at 4-8 p.m. on Monday, October 12, 2020 and before 10 a.m. on Tuesday at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home. Attendees are required to wear masks, practice social distancing, and follow the COVID-19 guidelines established by Governor DeWine and the Ohio Department of Health.
