* WHEN...Until 900 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 630 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Coldwater, St. Henry, Fort Recovery, Chickasaw, Burkettsville, Montezuma, Carthagena and Maria Stein.

* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana, including the following counties, Fayette, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Preble, Shelby and Union.
* WHEN...From 4 PM EDT this afternoon through Thursday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A complex of storms will develop later this afternoon and continue overnight. Repeated rounds of storms, combined with the extremely wet soil conditions will increase the risk for flash flooding later this evening into the overnight hours.

Mary Jane Fair
Mary Jane Fair, 86, of Findlay, formerly of Celina, Ohio passed onto glory on Monday October 12, 2020 at Bridge Hospice Center, Findlay.
Mary Jane was born October 2, 1934 to the late Charles and Emma Osborn of Sidney, Oh. She graduated in 1952 from Sidney High School. Mary Jane went on to learn Teletype from Western Union School.
She married Donald E. Fair of Elyria, they later divorced. She managed and did accounting for Kentucky Fried Chicken (Celina).
Mary Jane enjoyed and was a gifted craftswoman, her specialties were quilting and cross-stitch.
She is survived by a son Donald E. (Mona) Fair Jr. Pioneer CA and daughter Sherri (John) Acheson Findlay OH; daughter-in-law Angie Fair; Also, a brother James Lee Osborn, Columbus, OH; 7 Grandchildren, 12 Great-Grand children, a nephew & 3 nieces.
The family of Mary Jane Fair humbly apologizes for unintentionally omitting surviving daughter-in-law, Angie Fair.
She is preceded in death by son Douglas Lee Fair, Daughter Deanna Rae Fair and sister-in-law Janie Osborn.
A private family burial will take place at Graceland Cemetery Sidney, OH on a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to Coldren-Crates Funeral Home.
Memorial contributions can be made in memory of Mary Jane to Mission Possible of Findlay and Bridge Hospice.
