* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 630 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Coldwater, St. Henry, Fort Recovery, Chickasaw, Burkettsville, Montezuma, Carthagena and Maria Stein.

* WHEN...From 4 PM EDT this afternoon through Thursday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A complex of storms will develop later this afternoon and continue overnight. Repeated rounds of storms, combined with the extremely wet soil conditions will increase the risk for flash flooding later this evening into the overnight hours.

Dwain Newland
Dwain L. Newland Sr., age 66, of Celina, passed away on Thursday, October 15, 2020 at his residence in Celina.
On October 20, 1953, he was born in Portland, Indiana to Martin Newland Jr. and the late Elsie Jean (Byrley) Ginter. On June 5, 1972, he married Rose Lehman, who survives in Celina.
He is survived by his children; Lisa (Kelly) Slusher of Geneva, IN, Dwain (Wava) Newland Jr. of Celina, Kimberly (Brian) Newland of Goshen, Anthony Wayne Newland of Celina, nine grandchildren, six great grandchildren, siblings; Donna (Kevin) Furthmiller of Huntertown, IN, Connie Slusher of St. Marys, Loretta (Michael) Aquaro of St. Marys, Wanda (Tim) Carpenter, of St. Marys, Richard (Diana) Newland of Palatka, FL, Steve (Kelly) Ginter of Palatka, FL, Michelle (Mike) Perkins of Palatka, FL, Tom Ginter, of Palatka, Fl, Angela (Tom) Selfridge of Ft. Lawn, S.C., Rebecca (Kenny) Pettit of Ft. Lawn, S.C., and Kevin Newland of Ft. Lawn, S.C.
He is preceded in death by his mother and son Shawn E. Newland.
He graduated from Celina High School with the class of 1971. He was a member of the Sportsman's Association and the Celina Moose Lodge #1473. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and making corn hole boards. He retired from Buehler Asphalt and Paving Company in 2018.
Memorial services will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday, October 31, 2020 at the Mercer County Sportsmen Association Club House in Celina. Attendees are required to wear masks, practice social distancing, and follow the COVID-19 guidelines established by Governor DeWine and the Ohio Department of Health. Dwain's funeral services have been entrusted to the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina.
