* WHEN...Until 700 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 355 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Coldwater, St. Henry, Fort Recovery, Chickasaw, Burkettsville, Montezuma, Carthagena and Maria Stein.

Showers and thunderstorms will be capable of producing brief cold air funnels this afternoon and evening. Several funnel clouds have already been spotted across west-central Ohio, with this feature potentially moving into central Ohio over the coming hours. Keep in mind, the majority of these funnels will not reach the ground, but if they do, gusty winds and minor damage may occur.

* WHEN...From 4 PM EDT this afternoon through Thursday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A complex of storms will develop later this afternoon and continue overnight. Repeated rounds of storms, combined with the extremely wet soil conditions will increase the risk for flash flooding later this evening into the overnight hours.

Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Ann Serio
Ann M. Serio, age 39, of Fort Recovery, passed away Monday, October 12, 2020, in the Arthur G. James Cancer Hospital at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center in Columbus.
She was born September 7, 1981, in Rochester, New York, to the late Peter C. Serio Sr., who passed away June 10, 2018 and Linda (Rasberry) Serio, who died October 13, 1997.
Ann is survived by her spouse, John Androne, and five children: Jazmyne Brockman of Holley, NY, and A.J. Brockman, Austin Brockman, Angel Serio, and Raya Androne, all of Fort Recovery, and brothers, Peter Serio Jr. of Celina and Anthony Serio of Bradford, Her mother-in-law, Helen Androne survives in Greenville.
She was a member of Christ Chapel in Fort Recovery. Ann was obsessed with angels and had a large collection of figurines. A homemaker, Ann loved spending time with her family. According to her children, she was the "Best Mom Ever", had a great sense of humor, was very outgoing, funny, crazy and had a sarcastic wit.
A Memorial Service is being held at 6:00 p.m., Friday, October 23, at Christ Chapel, 105 S. Elm St. in Fort Recovery, with Pastor Quintin Elsea, officiating.
Memorial Contributions may be made to assist the family with funeral expenses.
