The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency has issued a statewide Air Quality Advisory for the entire state of Ohio as smoke from Canadian wildfires continues to adversely impact air quality.
Pollutants across the state are expected to range from the 'Unhealthy For Sensitive Groups' category in the southwest part of the state to the 'Unhealthy' category in the rest of the state. Hourly concentrations at times may reach the 'Very Unhealthy' to 'Hazardous' categories.
It is recommended, when possible, to avoid strenuous outdoor activities, especially those with heart disease and respiratory conditions like asthma. Watch for symptoms including wheezing, coughing, chest tightness, dizziness, or burning in the nose, throat, and eyes.

Robert Wourms
Robert G. Wourms, age 85, of Coldwater, Ohio, died on Saturday, November 7, 2020 at Briarwood Village, Coldwater.
He was born December 12, 1934 in Coldwater to the late Victor & Nettie (Garke) Wourms. He is survived by a sister Joan (Jerry) Wright of Wapakoneta and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by a sister Pat Muhlenkamp, a brother-in-law Lavern Muhlenkamp, and an infant sister Margaret Wourms.
He was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Coldwater, Coldwater Knights of Columbus, V.F.W., American Legion and Eagles Lodge. Bob was a veteran of the U.S. Army stationed in Korea. He was the owner/operator of the former Bob's Carry-Out in Coldwater and retired as a salesman for the former Mercer Beverage in St. Henry.
Uncle Bob loved his extended family of nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and even great-great nieces and nephews. One of his favorite things was to support all of them in their activities, whether it was sports, music or even car racing. He was often found in the stands or the audience with a smile, a thumbs up and a "Good job, kid!" His supportive spirit and giving heart will be missed by all.
A Public Mass of Christian Burial following all CDC guidelines will be held at 10:30 AM on Wednesday, November 11, 2020 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater with livestream at http://coldwatercluster.org/content/helpful-links-watch-mass-online. Burial with military rites will follow in St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater.
The family would like to receive friends but due to COVID-19 concerns viewing will be private at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Coldwater.
