Periods of light snow can be expected tonight with some scattered snow showers then lingering into Monday morning. Snow totals of around an inch or less will be possible. Increasing winds later tonight and Monday morning will support blowing snow, primarily in rural areas.
Challenging travel conditions will be possible starting tonight and continuing through the day on Monday. Use caution and allow for extra time to reach your destination.

Rita Wangler
Rita F. Wangler, of Fort Recovery, passed away peacefully at home on November 8, 2020 at the age of 98.
She was born January 24, 1922, in Celina, OH, to the late Herman and Ellen (Walsh) Vielkind. On October 19, 1944, she married William H. Wangler, who died May 11, 1988.
Surviving are her three children, Gary (Pam) Wangler of Muncie, IN, Patricia "PJ" (Mike) Minor of Fort Recovery, OH and Mark (Esther) Wangler; eight grandchildren, Doug, Megan, Matt, Marisa, Nathan, Aaron, Dylan and Steven; ten great grandchildren; and in-law, Nancy Moneysmith of Fort Recovery.
Also preceding her in death are siblings, Joseph (Marcie) Vielkind, Mary Ellen (Clarence) Hirn and Geraldine Vielkind; and in-laws, Eileen Leffler, Ruth (Art) Backs and Adrian Moneysmith.
Rita was a graduate of Immaculate Conception High School, Celina, and graduated from Fort Wayne Business College. She did bookkeeping and helped with the family owned business, Wangler Hardware in Fort Recovery. She was a member of Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church, the church's Altar Rosary Sodality, and the Fort Recovery Historical Society, all of Fort Recovery.
Growing up in a musical family, Rita played the trumpet, organ and piano. She enjoyed listening to music, especially selections from the big band era. Rita liked playing bridge, reading, crossword puzzles, crocheting and most of all spending time with her beloved family.
A public Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 am Friday, November 13, 2020 at Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church, Fort Recovery, with Fr. Ned Brown as celebrant. CDC guidelines will be followed and the Mass will be live streamed at www.fortrecoverycatholics.org/streamspot/. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
In lieu of flowers and gifts, the family requests that memorial contributions may be directed to the State of the Heart Hospice Care, 1350 N. Broadway St., Greenville, OH 45331 or the Fort Recovery Historical Society, P.O. Box 533, Fort Recovery, OH 45846.
