* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 PM Friday to noon EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

Jackie White
Jackie S. White, age 74, of Celina, died on Sunday, November 15, 2020 at Briarwood Village, Coldwater.
She was born June 28, 1946 in Dayton to the late John & Ella (Pryor) Barron.
She is preceded in death by her husband Ken White; son Kevin White; and brother John Barron Jr.
She is survived by a daughter Kimberly (Brent) Hess of Celina; granddaughter Katelyn (Shain) Kimpel; great-grandchildren, McKayla, Karter, Grayson and Bryson; a sister-in-law Christie Barron and nephews Jason (Jaime) Barron, Keith (Kristen) Barron and Ross Barron.
She was a member of the Bass Landing Southshore Sportsman's Club.
Due to COVID-19 concerns a celebration of life will be held at a later date. Hogenkamp Funeral home in Coldwater is handling the arrangements.
