* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana and central and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Snow showers associated with an arctic front are moving through this morning, providing a quick accumulation of snowfall. With wind gusts between 30 and 40 mph, the snow showers combined with blowing snow are reducing visibility and creating challenging travel conditions. These conditions are most impactful on roads that are more rural and are aligned from north to south. Even after the snow ends, elevated winds will continue to blow snow into the early afternoon.
Use caution and allow for extra time to reach your destination.

Bruce Custer
Bruce A. Custer, age 59, of Homosassa, FL went to be with our Lord on November 20, 2020.
He leaves behind his parents Rolland and Carolyn (Marsee) Custer of Homosassa, FL, his brother and sister-in-law, Steven and Dawn Custer of Anywhere, USA, their 3 children Christopher Kluge and wife Katy, Meghan Timko and husband Steve, and Kenneth Custer. Bruce also leaves behind his sister and brother-in-law Karlene and Richard Anderson of St. Paris, OH and their 3 children, Jonathan Ellinger, Jessica and husband TJ Rouch, and Jayde Anderson. He also leaves behind many aunts, nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins, and good friends.
Bruce was born on September 24, 1961 in Celina, OH. He grew up in Rockford, OH where he graduated from Parkway Local Schools in 1980. In 1985, he moved to Urbana, OH and worked for Kroger of Urbana before pursuing a living with Honda of America in Anna, OH.
He then moved to Homosassa, FL in 2003 to be close to his parents. Of all the things he loved to do, his favorites were playing Texas Hold 'em with his friends and riding his motorcycle.
Bruce was cremated at the Hooper Funeral Home of Homosassa, FL and his remains will be held by his family until such a time a memorial can be arranged in Ohio. Bruce's ashes will be spread among family members at several locations to include Woodlawn Cemetery in Ohio City, OH, Riverside Cemetery in Rockford, OH, Greasy Hollow Cemetery, Speedwell, TN and Yoakum Cemetery, Speedwell, TN.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the National Kidney Foundation, 30 E. 33rd St. New York, NY 10016.
