* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected into Wednesday morning. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Armella Albers
Armella V. Albers age 93 of McCartyville, Ohio died on Sunday, December 13, 2020 at her home in McCartyville.
She was born September 16, 1927 in Fort Loramie to the late Louis & Henrietta (Hilgefort) Hoelscher. She married Raymond F. Albers on June 19, 1954 in St. Michael Church, Fort Loramie. He preceded her in death on October 26, 1994.
She is survived by children: David & Marcie Albers, Sidney, Thomas & Angela Albers, McCartyville, Janice & Mark Lochtefeld, Mansfield, Diane & Tim Sekas, Minster, Ronald & Chris Albers, McCartyville, 17 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, brothers & sisters: Juliana Phlipot, Versailles, Nick & Marlen Hoelscher, Minster, Jim & Judy Hoelscher, Fort Loramie, Doris Hoehne, Fort Loramie, Cyril & Marilyn Hoelscher, Fort Loramie, Nelson Hoelscher, Newport, in-laws: Frank Hoehne, Fort Loramie, Dorothy Albers, McCartyville.
She was preceded in death by brother & sisters: Albert & Lucille Hoelscher, Arnold & Dorothy Hoelscher, Jerome & Pat Hoelscher, Paul Hoelscher, Marlene Hoehne & Lucy Hoelscher, in-laws: Harold Phlipot, Urban Hoehne.
Armella was a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, McCartyville and the Rosary Altar Sodality. She volunteered at the church and enjoyed playing cards and loved spending time with her grandchildren & great grandchildren. The family will miss the special times visiting Armella every Sunday after the 10 AM Mass.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30 AM on Friday, December 18, 2020 at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church with Fr. Steve Mondiek, Celebrant.
Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster from 4 to 7 PM on Thursday and at Sacred Heart Church from 9 to 10 AM on Friday. The family asks that all CDC guidelines be observed.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Lewy Body Dementia Association, 912 Killian Hill Rd., Lilburn, GA 30047 and Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church.
