* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional thunderstorms are expected through Wednesday. Locally heavy rainfall and the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same areas are possible. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Tammy Sutley
Tammy K. Sutley age 55, of Celina passed away 9:20 p.m., Sunday, March 14 at her home.
She was born July 28, 1965 in Kansas City, MO. She was raised by her late grandparents Welden and Esther Fairall.
Tammy had been a machine operator for MTO. She loved to laugh, spend time with her family, family gatherings, fishing and going to the beach. She loved the life she fought hard for and so many are beyond proud of her strength and life she made for herself and her kids.
Survivors include her companion Ted Maxwell of Celina, children Tabatha Sutley and Willie Sutley both of Celina, 13 grandchildren, a brother Donald Dean Bishop of New Bremen, aunt, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and many friends.
She was preceded in death by her mother Shirley May Bishop, a daughter Summer Sutley and an aunt Ellen Rank.
A celebration of life will be held 3:00 p.m. Saturday, March 20, 2021 at 5911 Ft. Amanda Road, Lima. A balloon release will be held at 6.
