* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional thunderstorms are expected through Wednesday. Locally heavy rainfall and the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same areas are possible. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Carolyn Fetters
Carolyn J. Fetters, age 68, of Rockford, passed away on March 18, 2021 at Gardens of Celina surrounded by her loving family.
She was born on November 7, 1952 in Dayton, Ohio.
Carolyn is survived by her children, Daniel "Danny" Fetters, William "Billy" Fetters and John "JJ" Snow; her brothers and sisters, Sherry Woods, Nevada, Rhonda (Charlie) Bennett, Dayton, Marcia Hodges, Celina, Felicia (Roger) Gonzalez, Celina and Jeff Fetters, Celina; five grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her father, Elton "Tex" Fetters, mother, Doris Peacock; stepmother, Shirlene "Granny" Fetters; a son, Johnny Lawrence; granddaughter, Melissa Fetters; a sister, Willa Bigelow; and a brother, Thomas Hodges.
She was a 1970 graduate of Coldwater High School and retired from laying carpet alongside her father and helped friends working concession stands.
She loved traveling and caring for people, she was always there if anyone needed help doing anything. If someone needed money, she'd give her last dollar if you needed it. She lived a very simple life; she loved playing cards and being surrounded by her family and friends. She also enjoyed cooking for everyone but herself. She will be deeply missed.
Per Carolyn's request all services will be private.
