* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional thunderstorms are expected through Wednesday. Locally heavy rainfall and the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same areas are possible. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Jerome Meiring
Jerome H. "Jerry" Meiring, age 60 of Celina, died Sunday, March 21, 2021 at Lima Memorial Hospital.
He was born August 14, 1960 in Coldwater to the late Harold & Bernadine (Wenning) Meiring.
He is survived by his long-time partner Valerie (Jackson) Cryer, a son Justin Meiring, a granddaughter Ellie Jo, a sister, Deb & Joe Portz, and a brother-in-law Mark & Dee Jackson, and an aunt Margie & Jack Moeller.
In addition to his parents, Jerry is preceded in death by Valerie's parents, Carl & Hilda Jackson.
Jerry was the owner and operator of Seafood Island Ice. He had attended Coldwater schools, and was an avid fan of the Cleveland Browns, The Ohio State Buckeyes, and NASCAR Racing. Jerry enjoyed gardening and canned everything he grew. He loved all animals which often became his pets.
A private family funeral service will be held for Jerry. Burial will follow in St. Louis Cemetery, North Star. The Hogenkamp funeral home in Coldwater is handling the arrangements.
Memorial contributions may be made to the ASPCA or the Animal Protection League of Mercer County.
