* WHEN...Until 500 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1240 AM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Gov. DeWine urges state to vaccinate

CELINA - Cases of COVID-19 are increasing locally and statewide as health officials urge the public to increase safety measures to protect themselves and others.
Mercer County Health District officials on Thursday reported nine new cases since Tuesday, raising the county's number of cumulative cases to 3,985. Also on Thursday, Auglaize County Health Department officials reported eight new cases of COVID-19 since Tuesday, raising that county's number of cumulative cases to 3,520. [More]

MINSTER - With things looking bleak, Minster softball coach Robb Hemmelgarn was looking for a defining moment. And with one swing of the bat, Alexis Bishop delivered.
