* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...The following county, in west central Ohio, Mercer. * WHEN...Until 500 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1240 AM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, Coldwater, Wabash, Mendon, Montezuma, Tama and Neptune.

Pamela Osburn
Pamela Christine Osburn, age 50, of Celina, and former resident of Dayton, passed away on Wednesday, April 14, 2021, at the EverHeart Inpatient Hospice Care Center in Greenville.
No funeral services are planned at this time.
