* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.

Parent Wendy Irmscher and her son Boston address Celina City School Board of Education members on Monday night. Irmscher called for an immediate end to the district's mandatory mask policy. The school board rejected the measure 3-2.
