* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 6 and 9 inches.
* WHERE...Auglaize, Hardin, and Mercer Counties.
* WHEN...From 10 AM Saturday to noon EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning commute.

All escape Celina fire

Celina fire and police department officials responded to the scene of a mobile home fire at 440 Touvelle Street about 6 p.m. Friday. Neighbor Michelle Regedanz said she saw smoke coming from above the trailer's air conditioning unit, ran over to let the occupants know there was a fire and helped get them out. Everyone inside the mobile home escaped, according to a Celina fire official at the scene.
