* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

The Neil Armstrong Airport terminal. There will be plenty of food and fun at the formal dedication of the Neil Armstrong Airport terminal on Saturday in New Knoxville. The airport is named for Wapakoneta-native Armstrong, the first man to walk on the moon.
