* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

Martha (Fry) Wisener died April 2, 2020, in Galloway.
A celebration of life will be held Friday at Celina's Lakeshore Park shelter house.
