* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

Rollover accident

Officials from the Celina Fire Department and Mercer County Sheriff's Office responded to a single vehicle rollover crash Thursday afternoon on Howick Road. The driver of the vehicle sustained minor injures, said Celina Fire Chief Doug Wolters.
