* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to noon EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

Braylan Ingol, 10, slides head first down a homemade slide on the sledding hill Sunday at Eastview Park in Celina. Sliders used buckets to carry water from the pond up the hill and then poured the water down the slide.
