* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

Maria Rodriguez
Maria E. Rodriguez, age 81 of Celina, passed away at 7:30 pm on July 15, 2021 at her residence.
She was born August 18, 1939 in China Nuevo Leon Mexico to the late Victor and Juanita (Cantu) Gonzalez. Maria married Ynosencio (Ernie) Rodriguez on October 7, 1966 and he preceded her in death on May 4, 2007.
Maria is survived by four daughters, MaryAnn (Adam) Steinbrunner, Angelita Rodriguez, Juanita (Jack) Sawmiller, Elizabeth (Dave) Ketcham; two sons Edward Rodriguez and Ronald (Tisha) Rodriguez, a brother, Lisandro; two sisters Elvira and Ignacia; twenty five grandchildren, and twenty five great grandchildren.
She is also preceded in death by five brothers: Vicente, Victor, Roberto, Vicente, Liborio and seven sisters: Antonia, Trinidad, Macedonia, Victoria, Dominga, Eudelia, Juanita.
Maria retired from Huffy. She enjoyed being outdoors gardening and caring for her chickens. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.
Visitation will take place on Sunday, July 18, 2021 from 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm at Cisco Funeral Homes in Celina.
Mass of Christian burial will begin at 10:30 am on Monday, July 19, 2021 at Cisco Funeral Home Celina with Fr. Tom Brenberger C.PP.S. officiating.
The family will receive friends from 9:00 am - 10:00 am at the funeral home Monday morning. Interment will follow at Mercer Memory Gardens in Celina.
Memorial contributions can be made to the EverHeart Hospice of Greenville.
