* WHERE...The following counties, in Indiana, Dearborn, Fayette IN, Franklin IN, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union IN and Wayne, the following counties, in Kentucky, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and the following counties, in Ohio, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette OH, Franklin OH, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union OH and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional thunderstorms are expected into Wednesday morning. Locally heavy rainfall and the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same areas are possible. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Nathan Ranly
Nathan D. Ranly, age 24, died Friday, July 16, 2021, at his home in Milford, Ohio.
He was born April 6, 1997, in Coldwater, Ohio, to Dale and Carol (Thornton) Ranly.
He was a 2015 graduate of Coldwater High School and a 2019 graduate of the University of Cincinnati.
  He is survived by his parents and his sisters: Erica (Eugene) Oh of Coldwater, Lydia (Quentin) Elsea of Fort Recovery, Hanna (Mitch) Bihn of Minster, and Krista (Sam) Mulvihill of Des Moines, Washington. Also surviving are his nephews and niece, Ezra and Moriah Elsea and Eddie and Micah Bihn, and his grandparents, Harvey and Mary Thornton of Portland, Indiana, and Joan Ranly of Fort Recovery.
  Preceding him in death are his grandparents Harold and Mary Lou Ranly of Fort Recovery.
  Friends may call from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday, July 23, 2021, at Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Coldwater.
A private family service at the funeral home and burial at Spring Hill Cemetery in Fort Recovery will follow.
