* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

Lucy McMurray
Hilda Lucille "Lucy" McMurray, age 59, a former area resident, passed away on July 21, 2021, in Buford, Georgia, where she had resided the past several years.
Born November 21, 1961, in Celina, Lucy was a daughter of the late Robert Harold and Margory Pauline ( Wycuff ) Draper.
Lucy leaves behind two sons: Ben McMurray and Jeremy McMurray, five grandchildren, and brothers: Jake Draper, John Draper, Mike Wycuff and Joe Wycuff.
Preceding her in death was her only daughter, Stephanie McMurray, and a sister, Vonnie.
Lucy had attended Celina High School, and was a Homemaker. As pastimes, she enjoyed decorating her home and making floral arrangements. Lucy was a very devoted Mother and Grandmother.
Calling Hours will be held at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home in Celina, on Wednesday, July 28, from 12 Noon to 2:00 PM, with the Funeral Service to follow, beginning at 2:00, at the Funeral Home.
  Burial will take place at Swamp College Cemetery, Celina.
In Lucy's memory, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, for cancer research.
