* WHERE...The following counties, in Indiana, Dearborn, Fayette IN, Franklin IN, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union IN and Wayne, the following counties, in Kentucky, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and the following counties, in Ohio, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette OH, Franklin OH, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union OH and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

Lisa Tinkham
Lisa Marie Lykins Tinkham, 59, of Monroe, Ind., went home to her Heavenly Father on July 30, 2021 at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne, Ind.
She was born on April 11, 1962 at Gibbons Hospital in Celina Ohio. The daughter of the late Fredrick Waugh Lykins and the late Elsie Marie Slone Lykins. She was married David E. Tinkham on October 19, 2013.
Survivors include her husband and two brothers, Allen (Leslie) Lykins and Josh Lykins; one son, Jason; 4 daughters, Janell, Jessica, Julie, and Josie; 10 grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two sons, Jeffrey Allen & Jonathon Lee; one sister, Shelia Lykins; one granddaughter, Sammy Jo; paternal grandparents, Charles and Harriet Waugh Lykins.
Funeral service will be held at 4:00 p.m. Sunday, August 8 2021 at the Zwick & Jahn Funeral Home, Decatur, Ind., with Pastor Jim Compton officiating.
Friends will be received from 1-4 p. m. Saturday, August 7, 2021 at the Zwick & Jahn Funeral Home, Decatur and one hour prior to services on Sunday.
