* WHERE...The following counties, in Indiana, Dearborn, Fayette IN, Franklin IN, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union IN and Wayne, the following counties, in Kentucky, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and the following counties, in Ohio, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette OH, Franklin OH, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union OH and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional thunderstorms are expected into Wednesday morning. Locally heavy rainfall and the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same areas are possible. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Madge Hoersten
Madge Hoersten, age 105, died July 26, 2021, in Billings, Mont.
She was born May 19, 1916, to La Doyt Leonard Van Fleet and Mary Lucretia "Crete" (Frisinger) Van Fleet.
Madge lived in many Ohio cities, spending most years in Toledo, Ohio, where she graduated from De Vilbiss High and attended Davis Business College.
She met and married Joe Fox on May 17, 1937. They had three children, Pat, Jill and Gary Fox, along with nine grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandson.
Madge worked for various businesses as a secretary and accountant. She retired from OXY Chemical of Rockford, Ohio, after Joe's death in 1970. On December 16, 1972, she married Richard (Bud) Hoersten; he died on June 18, 2007.
Surviving are two daughters-in-law, Delight and Joan Fox, both of Rockford, her nine grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, one great-great grandson, one sister, Mary Lee Trimble of Camargo, Ill., along with many nieces and nephews.
Deceased in addition to Joe and Bud, are her two sons, Pat and Gary Fox; her daughter, Jill Fox; her brother, Jack Van Fleet; and three sisters, Betty J. Beall, Patsy Ruth Curie and Maxine Van Fleet.
Graveside services will be held privately at Riverside Cemetery in Rockford.
