* WHERE...The following counties, in Indiana, Dearborn, Fayette IN, Franklin IN, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union IN and Wayne, the following counties, in Kentucky, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and the following counties, in Ohio, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette OH, Franklin OH, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union OH and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional thunderstorms are expected into Wednesday morning. Locally heavy rainfall and the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same areas are possible. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

William H. Billerman II
William H. Billerman II left this earth in the company of his family on August 4, 2021.
He was the son of the late William H. Billerman and Jeanette (Dues) Billerman-Osterholt born on May 5, 1972, in Coldwater.
He is survived by his mother and stepfather Howard Osterholt of St. Henry; two sisters Ann (Rex) Baldauf of Portland, IN and Amy Billerman of Columbus and a brother Jeremy; one niece Amanda Baldauf of Portland, IN; and three nephews, Andrew Baldauf of Dunkirk, IN, Alden and Raulyn Billerman of Celina. Also survived by step- siblings Steve (Sharon) Osterholt, Dan (Meg) Osterholt and Carolynn (Tim) Hodges.
Bill graduated from Coldwater High School in 1990 and Lima Tech. He worked in Columbus, Ohio and Baltimore, Maryland. He enjoyed cooking, being outdoors and camping.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM on Saturday, August 7, 2021, at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater. Burial will be in St. Elizabeth Cemetery.
Friends may call on Friday from 2 to 7 PM and on Saturday from 9 to 10 AM at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Coldwater.
