* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 11 AM EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Cold wind chill will occur late tonight into Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.

Norma Jean Young

Norma Jean Young, age 81, of Celina, Ohio passed away at 2:13 am at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center in Toledo, Ohio on November 1, 2021.

She was born on January 11, 1940 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Willie and Martha (Tippton) Combs. On December 29, 1988 she married Lester E. Young and he preceded her in death on July 25, 2012.

Survivors include a son Thomas (Tiffany) Leighty, Georgia; a daughter, Melissa (Robert) Lacey, North Carolina; two brothers, Jim (Vicki) Combs, Celina and Frank Combs, Celina; and three granddaughters, Jacquelyn Lacey, North Carolina, Jessica Lacey, North Carolina and Charlotte Leighty, Georgia.

Also preceding her in death is a brother, Tom Combs; and four sisters, Madelyn Grunden, Rita (William) Craft, Louise Boggs and Brenda Butturini.

Memorial services will be held at Cisco Funeral Home in Celina on Saturday, November 20, 2021 at 11:00 am; where the family will receive friends from 10:00 am - 11:00 am prior to the service. Burial will follow at Mercer Memory Gardens in Celina.

Memorial contributions can be made to American Cancer Society.
