* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...The following county, in west central Ohio, Mercer.
* WHEN...Until 800 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 338 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, Coldwater, Wabash, Mendon, Montezuma, Tama and Neptune.

Phyllis Boroff
Phyllis Boroff, age 66, of Celina, passed away at St Vincent Mercy Medical Center, Toledo, Ohio on November 22, 2021 at 10:55 am.
She was born January 13, 1955 in Cherry Point, North Carolina to the late Herbert and Caroline (Brotherwood) Lunz. On March 11, 1988 she married Lynn Boroff and he survives at the residence in Celina.
Other survivors include her three children, Debbie Junod, Wapakoneta, Christine Beck, Celina and Christopher (Deanna) Boroff, Celina; four brothers, Sam (Debbie) Lunz, Celina, Jim (Susan) Lunz, New Bremen, Joe Lunz, Delphos and Ron Lunz, Celina; a sister-in-law, Sharon (Terry) Williams, Celina; and her grandchildren, Carra Seals, Hannah Beck, Kade Beck, Brandon Boroff, Noah Boroff and Honor Moser.
She was also preceded in death by her mother-in-law, Merlie Boroff; sister, Barbara Jean; and a grandson, Zachary Remaklus.
Phyllis worked at Trim Trends in Spencerville for many years and retired from American Trim in Wapakoneta. She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren and was excited to be a great grandma to her unborn great grandson. Phyllis was full of life, very spunky, never met a stranger, loved helping people and lived life to its fullest. She also enjoyed spending time with Lynn and together they loved traveling and car shows.
Visitation will be held from 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm on Friday, November 26, 2021 at Cisco Funeral Homes in Celina.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 27, 2021 at 11:00 am at Cisco Funeral Home in Celina with Pastor Tim Benjamin officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00 am - 11:00 am at the funeral home Saturday morning. Burial will follow at Neptune Cemetery, Neptune, Ohio.
