Patricia Muter
Patricia J. Muter, 88, formerly of St. Marys, OH died 4:10 a.m. Thursday January 27, 2022 at The Homestead of Logan Acres in Bellefontaine, OH.
She was born April 30, 1933 in Minster, OH to Clifford J. and Mary E. (Fortman) Siegel. On May 22, 1954 in Minster, OH she married Dussel R. Muter, who died November 25, 1992.
Survivors include: daughter Carol and Mike Maze of Bellefontaine, OH, daughter Marcia and John Kuhn of St. Marys, OH, daughter Lisa and Donald Kodrich of Cincinnati, OH, daughter Elaine and Randy Lennartz of Hillsboro, OH, son Robert Muter of New Bremen, OH, daughter Diane and Larry Greer of Sidney, OH, 17 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, brother Gerald and Marilyn Siegel of New Bremen, OH, brother Michael Siegel of New Bremen, OH, brother-in-law Maurice Quinter of Ft. Loramie, OH and sister-in-law Linda Siegel of Ft. Loramie, OH.
Preceded in death by: parents Clifford and Mary Siegel; husband Dussel Muter; infant daughter Cynthia Muter; sister Dorothy Quinter; brother James Siegel; brother Larry Siegel; sister-in-law Jaylene Siegel; sister-in-law Mary Lou and Edwin Davis; and brother-in-law Robert and Kathy Vondenhuevel.
She attended Minster High School. Patricia was a dedicated and loving wife, mother grandmother and great-grandmother. She was a long-time member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church in St. Marys.
Her favorite pastimes included sewing, quilting and playing cards. Her loving dog, Sandy, brought her many years of joy. More than anything else, she enjoyed spending time with her family. Pat experienced many wonderful years living and raising her family in St. Marys.
Mass of Christian Burial is scheduled to begin at 11:00 a.m. on Friday February 4, 2022 at the Holy Rosary Catholic Church 511 E. Spring Street in St. Marys, with the Rev. Alexander Witt, celebrant.
Burial will follow at the Gethsemane Catholic Cemetery in St. Marys.
Visitation 9:30 - 10:45 a.m. Friday at the church.
