* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to noon EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

Theodore Dembowski
Theodore Dembowski, age 88 of Coldwater died Wednesday, March 23, 2022, at the Divine Nursing Center at Shane Hill, Rockford.
He was born December 31, 1933, in Union City, New Jersey to the late Theodore & Francis (Farenhaus) Dembowski.
He was preceded by his wife Joan (Haubert) Dembowski on December 3, 2021.
He is survived by children, Peter (Lynn) Dembowski of Coldwater, Paul (Mary) Dembowski of Beeville, TX, Tom (Deb) Dembowski of Coldwater and Ann (Bill) Dresher of Coldwater; grandchildren, Paul Joseph, Anessa, Josey, Joe, Kyle, Andrew, Anthony and Sherri; great-grandchildren Ella, Grace, Elise and Enzo.
He was a member of the Coldwater American Legion Post 470. He was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Coldwater.
Friends may call from 4 pm to 7pm Monday, March 28, 2022 at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Coldwater.
Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10:30 AM on Wednesday, March 30, 2022 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church.
Memorial contributions may be made directly to the Alzheimer's Association.
