Martha Coby, of Celina, Ohio died November 28, 2021 at the Gardens of Celina.

She was born July 1, 1924, the eldest of 8 children, to Louis Frederick and Marie Amanda (Hoffman) Schmehl.
  She is survived by: Daughter, Anita (Terry) Iliff of Pennington Gap, VA; Daughter, Linda "Kate" (Roger) Rumpff of Sidney, OH; Daughter, Angela (Curtis) Williams of Celina, OH; Son, Stephen (Sherry) Coby of Celina, OH; 35 Grandchildren and 35 Great-grandchildren; Numerous great-great grandchildren; Sister, Dorothy Pfeffley; Sister, Jane Thomas; Sister, Louise Davis; Sister, Alice Carpenter; Sister-in-law, Dottie Schmehl; Sister-in-law, Dorothy Schmidt; Numerous nieces and nephews.
  She was preceded in death by her parents, first husband Earl E. Martin; her second husband Wayne Coby; sisters Carol Raymond, Marjorie Steinecker and their spouses, and her brother Robert L. Schmehl.
  She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Celina. She loved to travel, was an avid walker, reader, bowler, and knitter. She loved her garden and flowers.
  Graveside services for Martha will be held September 15, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Mercer Memory Gardens in Celina. The Rev. Jeff Gramza will officiate the service.
