* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana, including the following county, Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Delaware, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, Shelby and Union.
* WHEN...From midnight EDT tonight through Thursday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of rain will occur overnight into Thursday. The heavier bands of rainfall will have 2 to 4 inches with locally higher amounts.

Charles Gottes
Charles Gottes, 71, from St. Henry, passed away on November 5, 2022, at the Dayton VA Hospice unit. Deceased parents are Harold and Rosalina (Huelsman) Gottes.
His memory lives on in friends and family.
Siblings are Robert and Marie (Borger) Gottes of Kettering; Jean (and the late Larry) Bergman of Minster; (the late Donald) and Connie (Wehrkamp) Gottes of St. Henry; and Elaine and Mike Cridlin of Huber Heights; as well as 7 nieces, 18 great- and 3 great-great nieces; 6 nephews and 14 great-nephews and 2 deceased nephews.
Chuck took enjoyment in reading about WWII and visiting WWII museums.
Interment will be at the Dayton VA Nation Cemetery at a later day. Contributions can be made to the Wounded Warriors Project.
