* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana, including the following county, Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Delaware, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, Shelby and Union.
* WHEN...From midnight EDT tonight through Thursday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of rain will occur overnight into Thursday. The heavier bands of rainfall will have 2 to 4 inches with locally higher amounts.

At 441 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over New Bremen, moving northeast at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph and penny size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation.
Locations impacted include... Wapakoneta, St. Marys, New Bremen, Minster, Botkins, New Knoxville, Moulton, Kettlersville, Fryburg, and Lake Loramie State Park.
This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 102 and 110.

Betty Vogel
Betty Vogel, 99, of Saint Marys, died 4:45 A.M. Sunday, November 6, 2022, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital.
She was born November 5, 1923, near Moulton, Ohio, the daughter of Grant and Nora Belle (Hines) Tester. She married William Vogel on January 24, 1945, and he preceded her in death on October 26, 1999.
She is survived by her son, Dennis (Margy) Vogel of Saint Marys; by her grandchildren: Megan (Stacey) Roby; Deena (Gregg) Divelbiss; Derek (Melissa Sawmiller) Vogel. She is also survived by her great-grandchildren: Hayden Roby; Hudson Roby; Genevieve Divelbiss; Vivienne Divelbiss; Maddox Vogel; Dylan Roby; Logan Miller; Keegan Sawmiller; Alivia Sawmiller; Kayla Sawmiller. She is also survived a sister-in-law, Wilma Tester.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; her siblings: Floetta Tester; Edna Metzger; Cora Tester; Lucy Brown; Dorothy Dingledine; Marjorie Jones; Raymond Tester; Vernon Tester; Howard Tester; Donald Tester.
Betty attended a one room schoolhouse near Moulton and graduated from Blume High School in 1941. She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Saint Marys. Betty enjoyed the upkeep of her home and yard, going out for a bite to eat; baking cookies, an occasional word search, and most of all, spending time with family and friends.
Funeral rites will be held 3:30 P.M. Sunday, November 13, 2022, at Zion Lutheran Church, the Reverend Bill Maki, officiant. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery.
Friends may call from 2:00 until the time of services on Sunday at the church, where memorial gifts may be given to the William L. Vogel, Jr. Family Fund at the St Marys Community Foundation.
