Nancy L. Moeller, age 67 of Celina, passed away on Thursday, November 3, 2022 at her residence surrounded by her family. She was born November 14, 1954 in St. Marys to LeRoy and Joyce (Hall) Kogge. On February 2, 1974 she married Rodger W. Moeller and he survives at the residence in Celina.

Other survivors include two sons, Brian (Erin) Moeller and Kevin (Amy) Moeller, both of Celina; her father, LeRoy Kogge, St. Marys; three sisters, Jeri (Rick) Lipp, Celina, Linda (Tony) McDonald, St. Marys and Kris Holt, St. Marys; In-laws, Robert (Lisa) Moeller, New Bremen, Rosie Moeller, Rockford, Nan (Roger) Isaac, Wabash, IN, Ralph (Susan) Moeller, Rockford, Dawn Moeller, Dayton, Randy (Michelle) Moeller, Wapakoneta, Raymond (Gerelyn) Moeller, Mendon, Rodney (Rebecca) Moeller, Plainville, IN and Conita (Brad) Oakes, St. Marys; grandchildren, Mitchell (Rachael) Hernandez and Kane Moeller; and multiple nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Nancy is preceded in death by her mother, Joyce (Hall) Kogge; father and mother-in-law, Louis (Mary) Moeller; and brothers-in-law, Dick Moeller and Ron Moeller.

She was a 1973 graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School. She retired in 2019 as a real estate appraiser and owned Moeller Appraisals from 1997 - 2019.
She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Celina. She was a devoted wife and mother and loved her grandchildren. She enjoyed reading, sewing, quilting, cooking and traveling.

Visitation hours will be from 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm on Tuesday, November 8, 2022 at Cisco Funeral Home in Celina.

Funeral liturgy will begin at 10:30 am on Wednesday, November 9, 2022 at Cisco Funeral Home in Celina with Deacon Marty Brown officiating; where the family will receive friends from 9:30 am - 10:30 am prior to the service.

Burial will follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens in St. Marys.
