* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana, including the following county, Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Delaware, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, Shelby and Union.
* WHEN...From midnight EDT tonight through Thursday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of rain will occur overnight into Thursday. The heavier bands of rainfall will have 2 to 4 inches with locally higher amounts.

Walter Younker
Walter L. "Walt" Younker, Jr., 65, of Rockford, was born on August 26, 1957, in Dayton, Ohio to the late Walter L. Younker, Sr. and Edna (Tipton) Younker, passed away unexpectedly on November 11, 2022 at his residence.
Surviving are his fiancé, Susan Bollenbacher; brothers, Jeff and Tim; and several cousins, nieces and nephews.
He had previously been employed for 39 years at Silberline Manufacturing, Decatur, Indiana, until their closing.
He was also preceded in death by a brother, John; and a sister, Teresa.
In keeping with Walt's wishes, there will be no services.
