* WHEN...From midnight EDT tonight through Thursday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of rain will occur overnight into Thursday. The heavier bands of rainfall will have 2 to 4 inches with locally higher amounts.

Marvel Martin
Marvel "Marvie" Martin, 97, of St. Marys, died 12:45 P.M. Monday, November 14, 2022, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital.
She was born August 6, 1925, in St. Marys, the daughter of Wilson C. and Bertha (Sampson) Mann. She married Charles Persinger on November 14, 1942 and he preceded her in death in 1985. She then married Sam Martin, and he, too, preceded her in death.
She is survived by her sons: Lynn (Dee Dee) Persinger of St. Marys; Bruce (Toni) Persinger of St. Marys. She is also survived by her 7 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren and 9 great-great-grandchildren, and by a brother, Wilson "Bill" Mann of Largo, Florida.
She was preceded in death by both husbands and by her siblings Doris Crawford, Lois Roby Doenges and Carol Blakeley.
Marvie was a 1943 graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School. She retired after 30 years of service at Goodyear St. Marys. Marvie enjoyed dancing in earlier days, bowling, and playing board games and cards, especially euchre. She loved being with her family more than anything. She was a member of Wayne Street United Methodist Church in St. Marys.
Funeral rites will be held 11:00 A.M. Saturday, November 19, 2022, at Wayne Street United Methodist Church in St. Marys, the Reverend Tim Benjamin, officiant.
Friends may call from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. Friday at the Miller-Long and Folk Funeral Home, 314 West High Street, St. Marys, where memorial gifts may be given to either Grand Lake Hospice or the Wayne Street United Methodist Church Mission Fund.
