* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana, including the following county, Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Delaware, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, Shelby and Union.
* WHEN...From midnight EDT tonight through Thursday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of rain will occur overnight into Thursday. The heavier bands of rainfall will have 2 to 4 inches with locally higher amounts.

The Cat in the Hat, played by Zac Dobmeyer, performs "It's Possible" during a dress rehearsal for "Seussical Jr." on Tuesday night. Performances are at 7 p.m. on Thursday and at 2 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday in the Coldwater auditeria. Pre-sale tickets, available through the Elementary office or Denise Petersen, are $6 for adults and $4 for students. Three show passes are $15 for adults and $9 for students. Pre-sale ends today at 5 p.m. Tickets at the door are $7.
