* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of central and west central Ohio, including the following counties, in central Ohio, Delaware, Franklin, Licking, Madison and Union. In west central Ohio, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Hardin, Logan, Mercer, Miami and Shelby.
* WHEN...Until 2 PM EDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms will move across parts of the area this morning, possibly extending into early afternoon. This may result in bands of heavier rainfall that could lead to flash flooding.

Michael Vann
Michael Stephen Vann, 62, of Rockford passed away at 2:23 AM on November 26, 2022 at his home.
He was born on January 27, 1960, in Celina, son of Gloria Jean (Emerson) Vann and the late Fred B. Vann. Michael was married to Darlene Kay Uncapher, who preceded him in death on July 23, 2021.
Michael worked as a mechanic for SJA Transport in Rockford prior to his illness. He loved fishing, especially at Laurel River Lake in Corbin, Kentucky. Michael spent every available moment at Laurel River Lake and knew every part of the lake well. He spent the past summer making sure he gave each grandchild an opportunity to have their own individual fishing trip to the lake.
In addition to his mother, Gloria Vann, surviving are daughters, Amber (Tim) Smith, Ashley Vann, and Sheila (Matt) Elston; sisters, Pamela (Rob) Wells, Donna (Terry) Huston, and Cheryl (Steve) Hambley; sister-in-law Sharon Vann; grandchildren, Dilon, Montana, Rylee, Raegan, Katie, Caden, Bricen, Owen, Makenzie, Payten, Brantley, Braelynn, and Blakely; one great grandchild, Reed; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his father and wife, Michael was preceded in death by a son, Eric Lee Vann and Eric's wife April; brother, Eugene Kent Vann; and granddaughter, Aubry.
Services will be held 11:00 am Friday, December 2, 2022, at Ketcham Ripley Funeral Home, 111 W. First Street, Rockford, OH 45882, with Pastor Robert Sweeney officiating. Burial will be private.
Family and friends will be received from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm Thursday, December 1, 2022, as well as one hour prior to the funeral service.
