* Flash Flood Warning for... Northwestern Auglaize County in west central Ohio... Mercer County in west central Ohio...
* Until 1100 AM EDT.
* At 826 AM EDT, radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
* Some locations that may experience flash flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

* WHERE...Portions of central and west central Ohio, including the following counties, in central Ohio, Delaware, Franklin, Licking, Madison and Union. In west central Ohio, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Hardin, Logan, Mercer, Miami and Shelby.
* WHEN...Until 2 PM EDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms will move across parts of the area this morning, possibly extending into early afternoon. This may result in bands of heavier rainfall that could lead to flash flooding.

Beth Hinker
Beth Hinker age 69 of Minster, Ohio died Wednesday, November 30, 2022 at Joint Township Memorial Hospital, St. Marys, Ohio.
She was born September 17, 1953 in Minster, Ohio to the late Irwin "Sparky" & Eileen (Eisert) Baumer. She married Jim Hinker on October 4, 1975 in St. Augustine Church, Minster, Ohio and he survives in Minster.
She is also survived by children: Edward & Allison Hinker, Cincinnati, Samuel & Elizabeth Hinker, Minster, Kate Hinker, Greer, SC, William Hinker, Dearborn, MI, grandchildren: Adele, Anna, August & Truman, a brother, Daniel & Catherine Baumer, Davenport, FL, in-laws: Neal & Jo Hinker, Dayton, Jean Hinker, Minster.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister Linda Baumer.
She was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster. She was a graduate of Minster High School, was a member of OCCL and a local book club. She was a former CCD teacher and a librarian at Minster Schools and FJ Stallo Library, Minster. She was also the St. Augustine Cemetery caretaker.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:00 AM on Tuesday, December 6, 2022 at St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster. Burial will take place in St. Augustine Cemetery, Minster at a later date.
Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster from 3 to 8 PM on Monday, December 5, 2022 and from 9:00 to 9:30 on Tuesday.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the F J Stallo Library.
