* Flash Flood Warning for... Northwestern Auglaize County in west central Ohio... Mercer County in west central Ohio...
* Until 1100 AM EDT.
* At 826 AM EDT, radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
* Some locations that may experience flash flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

* WHERE...Portions of central and west central Ohio, including the following counties, in central Ohio, Delaware, Franklin, Licking, Madison and Union. In west central Ohio, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Hardin, Logan, Mercer, Miami and Shelby.
* WHEN...Until 2 PM EDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms will move across parts of the area this morning, possibly extending into early afternoon. This may result in bands of heavier rainfall that could lead to flash flooding.

Ralph Luth
Ralph Edward Luth, 98, of Celina, Ohio, passed away at 8:50 am on Monday, December 5, 2022 at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital in St. Marys.
He was born on September 27, 1924 in Mercer County to the late Harry and Esta (Pierstorff) Luth. He married Katharyn M. (Harris) Luth in 2002 and she preceded him in death on November 24, 2017.
He is survived by his son, Thomas (Norma) Luth, Celina; two stepdaughters, Teresa (Jerry) Severt, Coldwater and Barbara (David) Ahrens, Celina; and two grandchildren, Dylan (Ashley) Luth, Celina and Zebulun (Shelby) Luth, Celina.
He was also preceded in death by his first wife of 50 years Jean (Stetler) Luth; a brother, John Luth; two sisters, Pauline Luth and Mary Meikle
Ralph was a 1942 graduate of Rockford High School. He proudly served his country in the United States Navy during the WWII era. He retired from Celina Insurance Group as a computer programmer after many years of service. Ralph was an avid golfer and once had a hole in one. He loved his family, especially his grandchildren and will be missed by all. He was a member of St. John Lutheran Church in Celina, Celina Masonic Lodge #241, Celina VFW Post #5713 and Celina Moose Lodge # 1473.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, December 8, 2022 at the St. John Lutheran Church in Celina, with Rev. Jeff Gramza officiating; where the family will receive friends from 9:30 am - 11:00 am prior to the services at the church. Burial with military honors will follow at North Grove Cemetery in Celina.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. John Lutheran Church.
