* WHEN...From Saturday afternoon through Sunday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

Patty Brock
Patty Sue Brock, 72, of Celina, passed away on Thursday, January 12, 2023 at her home in Celina.
She was born February 14, 1950 in Mousie, Kentucky of Knott County to the late Wilson and Sadie (Thornsberry) Wicker. On June 20, 1970 she married Donald L. Brock and he survives at the residence in Celina.
Other survivors include her children, Jennifer Mescher, Celina, Robert "Bob" (Megan) Brock, Flat Rock, Michigan and Ryan Brock, Hopatcong, New Jersey; siblings, Tom (Angela) Wicker, St. Marys, Peg (Gary) Meiring, Minster, Terry (Kristine) Wicker, St. Marys and Jay Wicker, Lima; four sisters-in-law, Lana Wicker and Karen Wicker, both of St. Marys, Betty Crimble, Paris, Tennesse and Nancy Wallace, Celina; four grandchildren, Kyle (Jessica) Balthis, Callie Mescher, Kate Brock and Will Brock; and two great grandchildren, Myles and Wade.
She is also preceded in death by two brothers, Ron and Larry Wicker; two infant sisters; and a brother-in-law, Joe Crimble.
Patty was a 1968 graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School and she went on to receive her Bachelor's Degree in teaching from Ohio State University in Lima. She retired after working for many years at CVS Pharmacy in Celina as the lead pharmacy tech. Patty enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She will be deeply missed by them all.
Funeral services will begin at 6:00 pm on Monday, January 16, 2023 at Cisco Funeral Home in Celina with Rev. Matt Overman officiating; where the family will receive friends from 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm prior to the service at the funeral home.
Graveside service will be held on at 10:00 am Tuesday morning at Swamp College Cemetery in Celina.
