* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 306 AM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Bellefontaine, West Liberty, Jackson Center, Russells Point, De Graff, Lakeview, Chippewa Park, Huntsville, Valley Hi, Mcmorran, Lewistown, Logansville, Bloom Center, Springhills and Lippincott.

This rendering created by Garmann Miller shows the proposed PK-6 building to be known as Celina Elementary School. The site and building construction are on track to be finished in time for the start of the 2024-2025 school year, according to district facilities director Phil Metz.
