IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Gusty winds may arrive well ahead of any rain. Locations impacted include... Celina, Wapakoneta, St. Marys, New Bremen, Minster, Anna, Fort Loramie, Jackson Center, Russells Point, Botkins, Lakeview, New Knoxville, Chippewa Park, Moulton, Chickasaw, Uniopolis, Kettlersville, Montezuma, Fryburg, and Montra. Nine area school boards of education have been asked to approve a newly amended Tri Star agreement that officials believe better reflects the cooperative nature of the compact.
