Very strong wind gusts and dry soil is leading to areas of blowing dust across the area. This is causing visibility to be reduced to one mile or less in localized area.
Motorists should be prepared for rapidly changing visibility. Slow down and leave plenty of distance between you and the vehicle in front of you.
As winds slowly decrease late this afternoon into the evening, blowing dust should diminish.

Albert Kramer
Albert Leo Kramer, age 85, of Grandview Heights, died on Saturday January 14, 2023.
He was member of St. Christopher Catholic Church and Knights of Columbus. He was born on November 15, 1937, to Frank and Lula Kramer. He married Mary Joan Ryan on November 9, 1968, who preceded him in death along with his son, Timothy.
He is survived by his daughter, Laura Kramer; his sisters, Thelma Heitkamp and Margie Manning; and his brothers, William Kramer and Charles Kramer.
A Memorial Mass will take place at St. Christopher Church, 1420 Grandview Avenue, at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, February 11, 2023.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Albert's name to the American Diabetes Association or the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation.
