* WHEN...Until 315 PM EDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 911 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in Wapakoneta, southwest of Kenton, and throughout Logan County. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Wapakoneta, Kenton, Russells Point, Lakeview, Waynesfield, Belle Center, West Mansfield, Chippewa Park, Northwood, Roundhead, Mount Victory, Rushsylvania, Mcguffey, Huntsville, Ridgeway, Uniopolis, State Route 195 at State Route 235, Jumbo, Walton and New Hampshire.

James Myers
James W. Myers, Jr., 80, of Celina, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, June 8, 2023 at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital in St. Marys.
He was born August 29, 1942 in Troy, Ohio to the late James W. and Charlotte Mae (Schroyer) Myers, Sr. On February 26, 1966 he married Charlotte Marie (Shaffer) Myers and she survives at the residence in Celina.
Other survivors include his children, James "Chip" (Kara) Myers, III, Wapakoneta and Victoria L. Marks, Celina; a brother, John A. Myers, St. Marys; five grandchildren, Kristina, Alex, Nick, Zack and Ella; and two great grandchildren, Alexis and Aria.
Jim was a 1961 graduate of Celina Senior High School. He proudly served his country in the United States Army Reserve. He worked at New Idea in Coldwater for 37 years and retired from CAPT in Celina after several years of service. He was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Celina. Jim enjoyed playing cards, especially bridge, and loved spending time with his family and will be deeply missed by them all.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the Myers family.
